Proper loading means that the load shall not exceed the capacity and/or legal weight restrictions for hauling, be evenly distributed and that all doors, lids, etc. The customer understands and agrees that he/she shall be responsible for the proper loading of the container. Failure to comply shall be grounds for the City to refuse hauling the container.ģ.
